Support Contracts
A typical Clockwork support contract includes all parts, labour and callout charges, and loan equipment with a guaranteed response time.
Our goal is to function as a seamless extension of your IT department. Our attitude is ‘can do’ and we will always go above and beyond the contracted level of service. Our technicians are Apple Certified which means we can work on your Mac without affecting your warranty.
We cover both your hardware and software including technical support for most graphic applications. We can even cover your network wiring infrastructure if required.
We understand that our customers are charging for their operators time. We keep extensive service loan stock of replacement servers, workstations, portables and displays so in the event of a repair not being possible on your site, we’ll still have you back up and running and making money!

We can assist you with setting up a secure remote access connection to your network to enable our technicians to diagnose and repair software issues remotely.
Business Continuity -
We can provide a business continuity plan if required. In the event of you not being able to access your building or a power cut for example you will be able to use our business continuity centre in Leeds equipped with the latest Macs and servers to continue production.
We have the facility to remotely backup your most critical data from your office and to our mirrored servers and store your archive media to seamlessly restore your data.
